Covid-19

In these unusual and uncertain times we have to be more innovative and pro-active in order to counter the negative impact which the Covid-19 challenge is having on our personal and professional lives.

In the lockdown period our firm is available to meet and consult virtually with colleagues and clients by means of Zoom, Google Meets, Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp or any other similar program. These programs are readily available on the internet and mostly free.

Where you have to consult, individually or with a client/s, we can consult separately or in a group session by means of these programs. Documentation can also be exchanged or delivered by email or through the Internet (eg Google Cloud or WeTransfer).

With the Courts now being closed for all practical purposes, (just as the Deeds Office and Master’s Office), please note that we are also available to mediate disputes by making use of these programs. With these group functions everyone can communicate with each other at the same time while every individual is safe in his or her own home. We just need to contact each other by email and arrange a meeting on one of these programs/platforms.
